This Privacy Policy describes how Inspiredge ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Agri Traceability mobile application ("App").

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Name and mobile number (for login and user identification)
• Farm GPS coordinates (entered manually for farm parcel records)
• Farmer details entered by field officers (name, village, district)
• Device camera access (used only for QR code scanning and document upload)

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• To authenticate and identify app users
• To maintain agricultural traceability records for FPC operations
• To generate QR codes linked to procurement lots
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing

3. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Data is stored on the FPC's own backend server only.

4. DATA SECURITY

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted). Login credentials are stored securely using encrypted device storage.

5. DATA RETENTION

Data is retained as long as required for FPC operational records. Users may request deletion by contacting us.

6. CHILDREN

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. PERMISSIONS

• CAMERA: Used only for QR code scanning and document capture
• INTERNET: Required to sync data with the FPC server
• STORAGE: Used only to temporarily cache uploaded documents
